Land Use Board Attorney (Request for Proposal)

Description: The Joint Land Use Board Attorney shall be licensed in the State of New Jersey and either a member or employed by a firm or an individual with at least seven (7) years experience as a joint land use board attorney, planning board attorney, or zoning board attorney, or shall have appeared on behalf of applicants before such boards regularly for at least seven (7) years, with experience in all aspects of planning, zoning, and municipal land use law
