Respondents must demonstrate the capability to provide ongoing administration and oversight of the Borough’s Affordable Housing Program, including: Administration of the Hightstown Borough Affordable Housing Program, including oversight of pending and existing affordable housing developments.

Borough Auditor shall be a New Jersey Licensed Registered Municipal Accountant (RMA) responsible for performing the annual audit of the Borough’s financial records for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, and for providing auditing services for 2027.

Labor Counsel shall be an Attorney-at-Law of the State of New Jersey, experienced in all aspects of public sector labor and employment law.
