Borough Planner (Request for Proposal)

Description: Borough Planner shall be a New Jersey Licensed Professional Planner with expertise in municipal planning, land use, and redevelopment. The Planner will provide professional planning services to the Planning Board and the Mayor & Borough Council, including advice, analysis, and recommendations on matters affecting land use, housing, open space, economic development, transportation, public utilities, historic preservation, farmland preservation, and natural resource conservation.
