Affordable Housing Administrator (Request For Proposal)

Description: Respondents must demonstrate the capability to provide ongoing administration and oversight of the Borough’s Affordable Housing Program, including: Administration of the Hightstown Borough Affordable Housing Program, including oversight of pending and existing affordable housing developments. Providing Administrative Agent services in accordance with the New Jersey Fair Housing Act (N.J.S.A. 52:27D-301 et seq.) and the Council on Affordable Housing (COAH) Uniform Housing Affordability Controls (UHAC, N.J.A.C. 5:80-26). Implementing the Borough’s fiscal management plan ("Spending Plan") as part of the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, in compliance with N.J.A.C. 5:94-9.2 and N.J.A.C. 5:93-5.2, to ensure proper administration of the Housing Trust Fund and developer fee collections.
