Water infiltration repair work includes installation of a curtain grouting system utilizing a two- pass injection process consisting of hydrophobic polyurethane foam grout followed by acrylate gel grout to create a positive-side water- proofing barrier on the exterior side of the masonry wall system. Relat- ed demolition, surface preparation, and incidental work necessary to complete the repairs is included.
