Warwick Public Schools

The meeting was a special session, convened at 6:00 PM. The primary agenda item was a public/open forum for discussion and questions and answers regarding new high school projects. The public comment session was structured with individual comments respectfully limited to 3 minutes each, with the total public comment time not to exceed 90 minutes.

The Building Committee discussed the Pilgrim early bid site package and affirmed the recommendation for School Committee approval of the early release Pilgrim site package. This project is funded by a high school bond.

The School Committee is considering awarding bid #21-0010 for athletic uniforms. The lowest bids for baseball uniforms (Speedline and Under Armour), basketball uniforms (Adidas), and lacrosse uniforms (Under Armour) were placed by Grogan Marciano. It is recommended that the bid be awarded to Grogan Marciano for the total price of $11,469.96.

The agenda includes expenses ranging from $1,000.00 to $4,999.00. It covers purchases for Pilgrim High School graduation supplies, athletics uniforms and supplies, food service supplies and repairs, a special services webinar, career and tech annual membership, secondary Aspen HS schedule, Winman technology, and a password subscription.
