The contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision to perform a five-part project. The key requirements include: part 1: replace the failing water separator trap and drain assembly on the breathing air system. Part 2: install a drip leg with a ball valve at the inlet of the breathing air dryer to collect excess condensate. Part 3: replace both tower pressure switches on the hankinson model 95cba air dryer and resolve any recorded faults. Part 4: replace eight (8) wilkerson in-line filter elements within the breathing air distribution lines. Part 5: provide comprehensive annual service for two (2) chicago pneumatic air compressors, including filter and oil changes, system checks, cleaning, and operational testing.
