The U.S. Army is soliciting a total small-business contractor to provide one year of kitchen hood exhaust-system cleaning services at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, covering the Charley’s, Popeyes, and Taco Bell concessionaries. The work includes cleaning grease exhaust ducts, hood canopies, grease filters, exhaust fans, and fire-suppression hood interfaces, along with maintaining service records and coordinating with the Directorate of Public Works. Contractor personnel must complete required OPSEC Level I and Anti-Terrorism Level 1 training, and offers are due September 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EDT.
