Veteran suicide prevention and opioid addiction services grant program. This competitive grant program addresses the intersection of two critical public health crises impacting Virginia's SMVF (Service Member, Veteran, and Family Member) community: veteran suicide and opioid use disorder (OUD). The primary objective of this funding is to expand community-based interventions, peer-to-peer networks, and harm reduction services across the entire Commonwealth of Virginia.
