Apply a three (3) coat epoxy urethane system.\r \r Dry Interior: Abrasive blast clean the entire tops of the platforms (including 1 ft. up the riser wall), the entire bowl, the entire access tube, and spot coating failures throughout to a SSPC-SP6 commercial standard. Apply a three (3) coat epoxy system to the access tube and bowl and a spot two (2) coat epoxy system to the rest of the prepared surfaces.\r \r Foundation: Repair grout, repair cracks, repair spalls. Water clean and apply a two (2) coat epoxy system.\r \r Cathodic Protection: Install an impressed current cathodic protection system.\r \r Repairs:\r 1)Install a gasket on the wet interior roof hatch.\r 2)Install handholds at the roof hatches.\r 3)Install ladder extension at the condensate platform.\r 4)Install a sample tap on the fill/draw pipe.\r 5)Install a chemical feed tap on the fill/draw pipe.\r 6)Replace the expansion joint.\r 7)Install an aluminum jacketing over the fill/draw pipe insulation in the riser.\r 8)Replace the mud valve.\r 9)Overflow discharge modification.\r 10)Weld a rigging lug on the bowl.\r 11)Replace the dry interior light bulbs.
