The work consists of transport and disposal of spoils generated in the course of normal Municipal operations. Debris material may consist of spoils from utility work (clay, topsoil, aggregate), concrete, asphalt, street sweepings, snow and other materials which may not be separated. Hauling of hazardous materials is not included in this scope of work. The term of this Contract shall be one year from the date of first award, with three optional one-year renewals.
