Village of Godfrey
The scope of work for this project involves the excavation and removal of a blockage in a stormwater pipe, the installation of a manhole at a buried junction, inspection of the remaining pipe, and the replacement of other sections of pipe determined to need replacement during the inspection. The excavation of an existing 27" Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) at an estimated depth of 8.5' to remove the blockage that cannot be removed by other means. Due to the proximity of the excavation to existing homes and depth of excavation, a trench box or another acceptable means of temporary shoring will be required. The excavation of an existing 27" CMP at an additional location where a sinkhole has formed in the rear of 4619 Camellia Place above a pipe that receives stormwater runoff from the north will also require repair. The replacement of a buried tee junction with a set-over manhole for future access. The remaining pipe will need to be inspected for damage and/or additional blockages.

Lower scores indicate easier procurement processes. Created by Starbridge.
Sole Source: Not viable here—no history of awards; pivot to coops instead.
Coops: If your product is on TIPS or OMNIA, propose a coop piggyback to bypass the $2,500 bid threshold; confirm the department will use it.
Village of Godfrey: Given the complete lack of sole source awards and a high friction score (90/100), deprioritize this path. Immediately pivot to cooperative purchasing as the only realistic alternative to a formal, competitive process.
