Work consists of: soil erosion & sedimentation control, including obtaining the sesc permit for the project; staking and layout of proposed improvements, with support and confirmation from engineer temporary water control measures as required; repair or replacement of steel radial gates including removal of existing hoist equipment and replacement with new hoist frame, cleaning and coating existing steel gates; cured-in-place lining of existing corrugated metal pipe culvert outlets within the dam; right embankment repair; grading and riprap installation along the downstream toe of the dam with bedding stone, filter sand, drainage stone and filter fabric; repair of spillway concrete including shallow and deep repairs and crack injection and route/seal; turf restoration for all areas disturbed during construction; restoration of gravel access route, if disturbed during construction, related work.
