Project consists of the removal of all items contained within an approximately 12'-4" by 33'-8" concrete block building including the footings of said structure and the existing well casing (abandoned), the razing of said structure, location and abandonment of the existing 1/4" copper sample tap for well no. 5, installation of new sample tap routed into well no. 3 well house, the salvaging to the village any equipment that the village prefers to retain, the off-site removal and proper disposal of all materials, and the restoration of the site, including the filling of holes and the establishment of turf grass. All equipment, tools, power, labor, supervision, and all other items as necessary and required to complete the project shall be included.
