Work includes to construct a new valvoline oil change facility. The project scope is: complete site work improvements, and utilities. Site is 1.64 AC (1.4 AC disturbed) to include concrete paving, asphalt paving, striping, landscaping, and other site improvements per plans, and specifications within documents. New wood framed, structural steel, and wood truss supported building with included finished sales space (1st floor = 1,794 SF & basement = 1,771 SF). Exterior finishes include architectural shingle roof, stone veneer, and fiber cement siding. Interiors include frp1, diamond plate finishes, paint, wall framing, drywall, ceilings, and full meps.
