A public hearing to receive comments regarding a proposed application for a waiver of State Board Rules and/or School Code Mandates for Community Unity School District #7 (Tolono), County of Champaign, State of Illinois. The waiver is for a period of five years beginning with the start of the 2023-2024 school year. A waiver to allow the children of full-time employees who do not reside in the District to attend Community Unit School District #7 (Tolono) without the requirement to pay tuition.
