Work include structures 2. 5 story wood framed structure with siding; all combustible, decomposable and any other debris or materials must be removed and taken off site to an approved dump site by the contractor; any and all rubbish in rear, front and sides of property to be removed; concrete pads and all private concrete walkways/pathways or steps on the property around the structure must be removed and disposed of at an approved dump site by the contractor. Concrete basement floors and any other concrete floors withing the structures must be at a minimum broken up or removed and hauled away to an approved dump site by the contractor.

Work include general site preparation. Asphalt milling. Placement of two (2") inch, as directed, compacted depth of superpave 19. 0mm binder material. Placement of one and one half (1 1/2") as directed, inch compacted depth of superpave 9. 5mm wearing material. Raising of water/gas valves and manholes/inlets. Installation of 6 wedge curbing. Asphalt keyways.

The work includes the construction of new concrete handicap ramps and all related appurtenances, to site preparation, demolition and removal of all adjacent affected facilities, reconstruction of all related adjacent concrete sidewalk and curb required to provide for the aforementioned approved facilities, the restoration of any and all affected bituminous pavement and base material and sealer, all other required site restoration and base to match the existing material line and grade of the existing undisturbed facilities and all required restoration, and any and all other related appurtenances.
