Work include structures 2. 5 story wood framed structure with siding; all combustible, decomposable and any other debris or materials must be removed and taken off site to an approved dump site by the contractor; any and all rubbish in rear, front and sides of property to be removed; concrete pads and all private concrete walkways/pathways or steps on the property around the structure must be removed and disposed of at an approved dump site by the contractor. Concrete basement floors and any other concrete floors withing the structures must be at a minimum broken up or removed and hauled away to an approved dump site by the contractor.
