The University of Tennessee seeks proposals for a third-party, cloud-based investment accounting, tracking, and risk-management solution for its Cash Management Investment Pool. The solution must be FedRamp compliant and independent of custodians, with capabilities including SOC 2 reporting, daily custodian reconciliation, Bloomberg integration, fixed-income portfolio management, reporting, forecasting, compliance monitoring, pricing accuracy, and corporate-actions processing. The contract is expected to run from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with up to four one-year renewals, and requires specified insurance, background checks, Tennessee Procurement Protection Act certification, and a VPAT.
