Work consists of water transmission line, line will connect to the existing 48". The line will then run to connections with a 3 mg storage reservoir. The transmission line will then be tunneled under i-15 to connect to the distribution system for the point. Line sizes will be between 16" and 30. The work will include approx 1,200 LF of 16" ductile iron, 1,300 LF of 30" ductile iron, cathodic protection system, and 300 LF of 48" steel casing tunneled under i-15. Work consists of 3-million gallon culinary water storage tank will be constructed on the east side of i-15 adjacent to the existing department of corrections administration building. The work will include demolition of 2 existing concrete tanks, excavation of the tank site, metering vaults, apprentice waterlines 16" and 30" to feed and distribute water to the point development. The work also includes inlet and outlet vault structures, metering vault structure, approximately 1,300 linear feet of 30" and 12" ductile iron piping, SCADA,, yard piping and restoration of existing sidewalks, roadways etc. Also includes 33,200 CY of excavation; 1000 CY of rock excavation allowance; 270 TON of hot mix asphalt (hma); include the purchase, delivery, and installation of 4" of rock mulch.
