Install new energy efficient windows in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom in the configuration to match phase I. Repair or replace trim as needed. Install new window treatment. Work includes selective demolition; asbestos remediation; exterior finish carpentry (composite trim); sheet metal trim and flashing; expandable filler; joint sealants; vinyl windows; interior painting; specialties (window treatment).
