The agenda includes the establishment and amendment of standard work days for specific personnel positions and the clarification of publication requirements. New business involves a subsidiary update, a review of the operating and capital budgets, and the authorization of a collective bargaining agreement with AFSCME Local 1773a. Furthermore, the board will consider resolutions for grant agreements and associated funding from the State of New York for an ARFF vehicle, terminal apron expansion, runway rehabilitation, the South Deicing Pad, and taxiway reconstruction. Committee reports from the HR, Finance, Governance, and Audit committees are also scheduled.
