Council reviewed evidence of unpermitted additions and dwelling units for both properties. For the 13466 - 87A Avenue property, Council resolved to file a notice on title. For the 12464 - 77A Avenue property, Council heard from the owner regarding their intent to bring the property into compliance, denied a request for an adjournment, and subsequently resolved to file a notice on title.
