Remove failed pavement and unsuitable material as necessary. Prepare and compact subgrade. No aggregate base required unless necessary due to unsuitable subgrade. Place 6" 4,000 psi concrete, finished for positive drainage and tied into existing roadway and curb/gutter. Provide appropriate joints and reinforcement. Estimated quantity: 975 sy. 2. Concrete curb & gutter install 6" curb with 24" gutter, 4,000 psi concrete. Prepare and compact subgrade. Base rock only where necessary. Estimated quantity: 290 LF. 3. Concrete sidewalk construct 5' wide x 4" thick, 4,000 psi concrete sidewalk. Prepare and compact subgrade. Estimated quantity: 130 LF. 4. Culvert & storm box remove existing culvert. Install approximately 60 LF of 18" HDPE pipe. Backfill and compact. Construct new 6" concrete storm box floor/walls and install 6" precast concrete lid.
