1. Provide and maintain temporary chain link construction fencing to secure work areas. 2. Installation of specified private sewer system and connection to public sewer system. 3. Flush existing restroom system prior to public sewer connection, perform final flush and inspection after completion of the private sewer system installation, and verify operation of restroom. 4. Purchase and installation of specified pump grinder system and connection to existing restroom. 5. Purchase and installation of drinking fountain. 6. Installation of concrete paving and curbing. 7. Restoration of asphalt concrete paving disturbed by construction. 8. Electrical modifications and installation of new musco lighting control cabinet. 9. Boring musco pole light footers. 10. Installation of conduit, wire and final connections and operation of new musco sports court lights (note: district to procure musco equipment. Contractor responsible for coordination with district and musco). 11. Backfill, grade, and feather areas adjacent to work. Grade disturbed areas to drain per contract documents and in consultation with the district landscape architect. 12. Clean up work area and remove all trash and debris from project area. 13. Contractor to construct the project per the attached plans and technical specifications. 14. District to contract with inspection agency for the project for geotechnical and special inspections.
