It outlines a twenty-year plan focusing on major initiatives including collection system improvements and redundancy, pump station upgrades and resiliency, addressing wastewater treatment plant conditions and equipment obsolescence, and managing residuals and their disposal. The plan also details the capital planning process, project prioritization, and funding needs to ensure effective wastewater management and protect public health and waterways.

This document outlines a 20-year Wastewater Facilities Management Plan designed to establish priorities for the District's capital spending and facilities upgrade activities. The plan's objectives include assessing the District's assets, facilities, treatment processes, residuals management, odor control practices, and the impacts of climate change. Recommendations derived from this analysis will be integrated into a multi-phased capital improvements plan, also referred to as the Centennial Plan.
