The board received updates on the Blight Elimination Grant and reviewed the release of an RFP for architectural services in Shaftsburg, which was subsequently approved. Furthermore, the board approved an RFP for the demolition of 800 W Main St. Phase 2 and adopted recommendations for the Rental Rehab Program Guidelines.
