The County of San Mateo is seeking quotations for maintenance, upkeep, and enhancements to the Sheriff’s Office’s custom ServiceNow portal for Fiscal, Training, and Technical Services requests. Work includes DocuSign integration, changes to approval workflows and document generation and email notifications, additional dashboards and reports, and administrative support for user roles, groups, routing, and case data. The contractor must follow the County Technology Services change-request process, and the County expects to award a contract to the lowest responsive bid from a qualified, responsible vendor.
