The Rogers ISD strategic plan focuses on improving academic performance in reading/ELA and mathematics for all students, with specific goals for different subgroups including African American, Hispanic, White, American Indian, Asian, Pacific Islander, Two or More Races, Economically Disadvantaged, Special Education, and English Learners. The plan sets incremental targets for the years 2017-18 through 2032-33. Additionally, it addresses English Learner language proficiency and aims to increase graduation rates, with targets set for 4-year longitudinal rates from 2016-17 through 2031-32.

The 2022 Federal Report Card for Rogers Middle provides an overview of the school's performance based on the Texas Education Agency's accountability system.
