The City of Buena Vista is soliciting sealed proposals for Phase I construction improvements at Josh Gibson Park, including a playground, sport court, walking path, covered stage, landscaping, and related work. The project is partially funded by the Land and Water Conservation Fund and is subject to applicable federal requirements, including Build America, Buy America; Georgia licensing, bid security of at least 5%, performance and payment bonds, and insurance are required. Proposals are due December 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time and will be publicly opened at Buena Vista City Hall.
