Work includes provide the proper dust barriers, safety protection, and floor protection for all spaces of work; provide safety and hazardous communications plan for the project; removal and evacuation of all existing refrigerants in the current condenser, coils, and line sets prior to the removal of the existing unit, removal of existing failed condenser and DX coils via crane/rigging and disposal off site; install new TRANE condenser with matching DX coils; flush and clean the existing line set from from the condenser to the AHU replacement coils.
