The objective of this RFI is to gather information from experienced organizations with demonstrated capabilities in LNG Facility oversight, data architecture modernization, and risk-based safety modeling. PHMSA is seeking solutions that: Enhance integration and usability of hazmat safety data across systems; Improve risk analysis tools and supported targeted enforcement and outreach; Support compliance with 49 CFR Part 193 and subchapter C, NFPA 59A, and the DOT Public Access Plan; Advance cross-modal coordination and public transparency; Conduct market research to identify and assess the capabilities of companies that can perform mission critical work in support of PHMSA; PHMSA seeks to gain a better understanding of the current marketplace, the range of potential vendors, their qualifications, and their capacity to support the agency’s existing systems and ongoing requirements.
