The Phillipsburg Board of Education seeks a qualified attorney or law firm to serve as general counsel for a nine-month period covering general district matters, special-education issues, and labor/personnel disputes. The selected contractor must provide prompt advice, written opinions, representation in proceedings, contract and compliance support, and training, with qualifications including at least five years of New Jersey public-school law experience and three New Jersey-licensed attorneys.
