Provide on-call or short notice street maintenance services for the 9-mile privately owned roadway system. A Request for Service will typically request the performance of the following types of repair work: Pothole Maintenance: Mill with a mini-miller or skid-steer mounted miller and patch potholes to match elevation of the surrounding roadway. Resurfacing Work: This work will require Contractor to mill and pave from the curb to the center line of the road way, and in many cases to repair prior work covering utility trenches. Sidewalk Repairs: Replace sections of concrete sidewalk deemed a safety hazard., and adjust curbing as necessary. Repair of A D 2A ramps MAY be necessary during the life of the contract.
