Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District

This Master Plan outlines the strategic direction for the Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District for the next ten-year period, through 2030. It provides an overall framework for managing the District's natural resources, focusing on key areas such as reducing flood damages, maintaining water quality and quantity, and mitigating soil erosion and sedimentation. The plan also prioritizes providing outdoor recreation facilities, ensuring domestic water supply, developing and improving fish and wildlife habitats and forest resources, and participating in solid waste management and recycling efforts.

Additionally, the board approved an increase in funding for the Ralston Creek Trail project and a waiver for construction contract policy regarding private levee repair. Financial claims for March were authorized for payment.
