The contractor will provide project startup and regional coordination, create a community of practice, deliver 3–5 virtual workshops and in-person workshops across Eastern Oregon, Mid-Willamette Valley, and Southern Oregon, and produce deliverables including a workplan within 30 days and a final report by December 1, 2026. The contract term is anticipated to be approximately nine months (with options up to two years), the opportunity is open market, and the posted response deadline is May 11, 2026.
