They also discussed and approved posting proposed changes to the Commission-adopted standard lease to the OGLMC website. Nomination 24-DNR-0005 was approved with Encino Acquisition Partners Ohio, LLC selected as the highest and best bid. Nomination 24-DNR-0009 and Nomination 24-DOT-0012 were approved with additional special terms and conditions. Action was delayed on Nomination 24-DNR-0010 and Nomination 24-DOT-0013 to distinguish the 120-day and 180-day provisions provided in statute.
