The Respondents must demonstrate the capability to provide Wraparound Accelerator Services, Development, Evaluation, and Validation (DEV) Services, and Rapid Response Capability services as detailed below. Competitive proposals may demonstrate advancement of or having complemented previous and existing HHS programs such as the current BARDA Accelerator Network, CARB-X, NIH Point-of-Care Technologies Research Network (POCTRN), NIH Rapid Acceleration of Diagnostics (RADx), and the NIH Proof of Concept Network. In addition, there are several other external federal and private bench-to-market commercialization programs that may be leveraged, built on, and expanded to support the mission of this Accelerator Hub.
