BARDA seeks contractors to continue the Vaccine Medical Countermeasures program for pandemic influenza preparedness and response. The work includes supplying services, personnel, facilities, vaccines, antigens, and adjuvants; producing influenza or other pandemic-potential vaccines; and supporting FDA regulatory and manufacturing-readiness activities. Offerors must produce influenza vaccines and demonstrate qualifying manufacturing experience, and the notice directs respondents to the solicitation attachments for submission instructions.
