The Contractor shall perform and coordinate with NHTSA to ensure successful completion of all tasks and deliverables, including, but not limited to, the following: Develop, distribute, and maintain officer-safety information, datasets, and related content with primary emphasis on traffic-related incidents. Create, disseminate, and update communications materials to reinforce positive safety habits (minimum: email blasts, newsletters, podcasts, graphics, and short videos). Establish, manage, and sustain an active social media presence to amplify officer-safety messages and raise public awareness of roadside dangers (e.g., “Move Over”). Plan, host, and conduct quarterly webinars delivering updated officer-safety information, emphasizing traffic-related incidents. Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs and materials supporting law enforcement families, encouraging safe practices, and providing resources for families of officers killed in traffic-related Line-of-Duty Death (LODD) incidents. Provide technical assistance to NHTSA, national law enforcement organizations, and Tribal, municipal, county, and university law enforcement agencies to strengthen officer-safety initiatives. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) issued a Sources Sought notice seeking qualified small business concerns to provide Quality Assurance and Quality Control services supporting the State Electronic Data Transfer (EDT) crash data program. The contractor would develop and implement a QA/QC program, automated validation processes, and technical support to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of crash data submitted by States. This notice is intended to identify potential capable vendors for a future contract award and includes a draft Statement of Objectives for review.

Specific tasks may include: Conducting experimental biomechanics testing; Supporting ATD design and evaluation; Performing computational simulations and modeling; Analyzing field and experimental data; Supporting development of injury risk functions.
