Key areas include developing high levels of proficiency in all learners, creating a culture of care and wellness, providing staff professional learning opportunities, designing authentic assessments, preparing for a Tri-State visit on grading and assessment, building data inquiry capacity, enacting K-12 Core Competencies, identifying instructional links within the curriculum, establishing feedback loops, implementing professional development models, implementing safety and security audit recommendations, enacting a 3-Year Safety and Security Implementation Plan, developing a fiscally responsible budget, planning for an instructional bond, completing the 2022 athletic field bond project, and completing existing capital projects. Goal Two: Safety and Security, focuses on evaluating and implementing recommendations from a safety and security audit, evaluating security personnel and staffing, and developing a 3-year safety and security implementation plan. Goal Three: The Physical Plant and District Finances, centers on developing a fiscally responsible budget, completing a building conditions survey, implementing a field bond, completing capital projects, and developing a 5-year capital improvement plan.
