The program outcomes are derived from OP-TEC's National Photonics Skill Standards.

This research agenda outlines a strategic direction for Nursing Health Services Research (NHSR) for the 2020s. It identifies five critical challenges in healthcare delivery: improving access to behavioral health, enhancing primary care effectiveness, improving maternal health outcomes, optimizing care for the aging population, and controlling healthcare spending while increasing the value of nurses' contributions. The agenda aims to generate evidence to address these challenges, ultimately improving health and healthcare delivery through nursing research.
