The City Council discussed and ordained the addition of Paragraph (2)d to Sec. 2-166, Court costs, of Article VIII, Municipal Court, of Chapter 2, Administration, of the City of Cameron Code, establishing an 'Inmate Security Fund' fee. The ordinance authorizes the collection of a two-dollar surcharge in all cases for violation of an ordinance, to be transmitted monthly to the City of Cameron for the Inmate Security Fund.
