The Maine Office of the Attorney General’s Office of Chief Medical Examiner seeks a vendor to provide after-hours telephone answering and coverage for death reports and related follow-up. The contractor will collect and document decedent, scene, circumstantial, medical, and social-history information, enter case data, coordinate with OCME personnel, and maintain call logs. Service is required from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. on weekdays, throughout weekends, and on recognized holidays; proposals are due October 23, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. EDT.
