To perform safety inspections of various overhead sign structures and wall structures located throughout PennDOT Districts 1-0, 2-0, 9-0, 10-0, 11-0, & 12-0. The contractor must provide MPT in strict accordance with PennDOT Publication 213 (most recent edition) and make available the following equipment in good working order along with properly trained, competent, equipment operators. One (1) 40' vertical reach articulating telescopic bucket truck. One (1) or two (2) shadow vehicles as required per the current Publication 213. One (1) self-propelled elevating mobile man-lift (JLG) with operator. One (1) equipment truck with (2) PCMS (Portable Changeable Message Sign) for PATA 402 traffic patterns (refer to Publication 213). Traffic control (MPT) consisting of warning signs, flags, cones, two-way radios and flagmen for traffic patterns on high-volume roadways for daylight and night inspections in accordance with the current PennDOT Publication 213.
