This document details a sole-source contract between the Library of Congress's American Folklife Center and Russell Oliver for the production of a 20-25 minute documentary film. The film will draw on specific archival collections (AFC 2022/008) from the Community Collections Grant program and is intended for premiere in 2025 as part of a year-long celebration.
