Request for Proposal Prosperity Crossing Materials November 2026 The Lenoir City Utilities Board (LCUB) is submitting a Request for Proposals (RFP) Prosperity Crossing Materials, 7698 Creekwood Park Blvd., Lenoir City, TN 37772. Only proposals received by LCUB’s Procurement Manager at or before the Proposal Submittal Deadline of 9:30 am on November 25, 2026, will be opened at that time and considered by LCUB. Such proposals must be hand-delivered in person, sent by overnight carrier, or mailed (at the proposer’s sole risk for late or improper delivery) using the following applicable address: If delivered by hand or overnight delivery the proposal must be sent to: Lenoir City Utilities Board, Attn: Brittany Fritts, 7698 Creekwood Park Blvd., Lenoir City, TN 37772 (or if by regular mail to: Lenoir City Utilities Board, Attn: Brittany Fritts, Post Office Box 449, Lenoir City, TN 37771). Please note: “Prosperity Crossing Materials” on the outside of your proposal. Proposals received via E-Mail will not be accepted. LCUB retains the right to reject any or all proposals. All proposals will be evaluated by LCUB’s Electrical Engineering Department.
