Lenoir City Utilities Board Regular Meeting
The board discussed and approved the FY 27 Budget Amendment and the acquisition of land by the Electric Department for the future Ball Camp Substation. Additionally, members adopted the Audio, Video, and Transcript Recording Policy and authorized the listing of the Old Martel Office Building for sale. The General Manager provided updates regarding the usage policy for the meeting room, fiber warehouse privacy fencing, and the installation of a new phone system. Board members also addressed inquiries from a local resident concerning privacy trees near the Fiber Warehouse.
