Latimer County

The Latimer County Board of County Commissioners convened to address various administrative and financial matters. Key actions included approving miscellaneous appropriations, payroll and M&O claims, and a transfer of appropriations for the E911 Department. The board also approved blanket purchase orders for January 2023. Further discussion on an ODOT form and a County utility Relocation Agreement was tabled. Appointments for Chairman and Vice-Chairman for 2023 were approved, along with a letter for paid dates on Board meeting dates for 2023. The board approved going out for 3-month bids and a resolution for bituminous material and bituminous surface courses. Additionally, a transfer of appropriations for the Sheriff's Department was approved. A petition to change a public road back to a private road was tabled.
