AEA Purchasing, a division of the Iowa Association of Area Education Agencies, is issuing RFP 27-31SOFTWAREAEAPURCH to establish a statewide procurement program for academic versions of operational software. The program will provide competitive pricing and licensing for products such as Microsoft, Adobe, Google Workspace for Education Plus, VMware, and AutoCAD to Iowa Area Education Agencies, accredited public and non-public schools, and other academic-related organizations serving approximately 500,000 students. Bid documents and responses are managed through Public Purchase, with bids due Monday, October 5, 2026, by 9:00 a.m. Central Time.
