The middle school section also emphasized resource optimization and planning for the Project Venture course and PBIS/PSS funding continuity for the following year.

Building principals provided updates on instructional strategies, including the 'WIN' block (What I Need) for targeted ELA and math intervention, data meetings, weekly grade level meetings, and continued alignment across both schools.
